Happy New Year! We are kicking off the new year with a lecture by Dr. Kimberly Grimes, the chairperson of our Coastal Towns Museum and a longtime Board member. Kimberly is an anthropologist by trade and will be speaking to us about Fenwick Island – its origins, its history, its people, and its culture. Author of the book Barefoot in Fenwick Island (sold on this website), she has been a lifelong summer resident and is now fulltime. She will share her memories, as well as those of her grandparents, mother, and friends, and will explain the survival and progress of the island known as Fenwick. Cost is $5 for non-members and free for members. Memberships for 2020 will be available for $25 single or $45 family. Refreshments will be provided.
